Partner, Engineer of Record
Anthony joined LDC in 2005 and holds a PE license in six states; he has been the managing Professional Engineer since 2010. Anthony has a diverse background in MEP engineering, the permitting process and LEED Certification. His engineering philosophy follows Louis Sullivan when he wrote “form ever follows function”. While always striving to engineer the most efficient systems, Anthony understands that there is such thing as a budget and if the design is too expensive then it simply will never be built.
David Lehman’s professional career dates to 1979 and includes five years with H. S. NACHMAN and ASSOCIATES and over twelve years with GAMZE, KOROBKIN CALOGER, Inc. He has extensive experience with all types of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for a wide variety of single and mixed use projects. David brings a “nuts and bolts” practical approach with sensitivity to architectural and owner program requirements. His budget estimates of MEPFP systems reflect accuracy commensurate with his experience. Energy audits and cost/benefit analysis prepared by David are rooted not only scientific theory, but also extensive empirical data.
